Meet your planner, Claire!

Claire has a bachelors degree from Loyola University Chicago and has been planning events for just under a decade. She is a self-proclaimed chaos organizer, eternal optimist, and lover of all things elegant, artsy, and outside-of-the-box! Based in Michigan, Claire can plan your event wherever your imagination takes you.

Before deciding to follow her dreams and start Ivy & Altar Events, Claire planned a wide variety of events in the experiential marketing and corporate event spaces, working with many recognizable celebrities and brands such as IBM, Google, Amazon, Macy’s, Coach, The NBA, The Detroit Lions, The NFL, TikTok, Teen Vogue, Philosophy, James Allen, Toby Keith, SXSW Festival, Ford, The Department of Defense, NBC Universal Peacock, and many more.

Claire’s background allows her to bring a unique perspective to each event she plans, and her creativity, vision, and attention to detail are second to none.

When she’s not working on events, Claire enjoys cooking and baking, gardening, painting, snowboarding, country music, and spending time with her loved ones, including her dog, Ivy!
