Day of Coordination - Wedding
1 in person meeting (up to 2 hours) & 1 virtual meeting included
Set up of centerpieces, place cards, favors and any other decorations for ceremony and reception
Unlimited emails to discuss any questions along the way
Wedding day timeline assistance
Vendor recommendations
Vendor confirmations 1-2 weeks prior to wedding
Coordinator on site for 12 hours on wedding day with an assistant
Additional hours can be added on if needed

Partial Planning - Wedding
Everything Day of Coordination package includes PLUS:
4 in person meetings (up to 2 hours)
Finalizing contracts
Vendor research and assistance with obtaining quotes - up to 3 vendors
To-Do Lists provided
Help with design and styling for any part of the wedding- if desired
Unlimited time on site for wedding day with assistant

Everything Day of Coordination & Partial Package includes PLUS:
Assistance with budget
Assistance with guest list / tracking of RSVP's
Full assistance in finding venue, invites, decor, florals & designing of any aspect of the ceremony / reception as desired
